Self Assigned IP Address... is it my driver?

yesterday i was surfing the web good with no troubles i installed parallels, office 2008, i accidentally deleted my audio kext which is AC'97 but managed to reinstall it thnxz to my windows laptop, anyways when i turned on my hacky today and tried safari i got the error "failed to open Page" is this the fault of my driver or is it a mac problem cuz its not my y router cuz my ipod touch and and laptop wifi r okeii so that means the router is okeii right

 

 

any help would be greatly appriciated
