My aim is to build a hackintosh which will be used only for audio applications (Pro Tools, Logic, Sequoia, Pyramix); I managed to find all components apart from a video card; my research included silentpcreview.com and buildsilentpc.com as well, but I couldn't find any satisfying matches with the compatibility lists. So, here we go, the components already chosen: Prozessor INTEL Core i7-920, 2,66GHz, Quad-Core CPU cooler Zalman CNPS9900 LED Mainboard Gigabyte GA EX58 UD5 Case Antec P183 HD WD Caviar Green 1TB optical drive Samsung SH-S223L 8 GB of corsair DHX CL9 PSU Corsair TX 650W ATX2.2 After some days of research I would tend to the following video card: Asus Extreme N9600GT But I am not at all certain if this is compatible with the rest. If you have any suggestions I would really appreciate this. Ah, I'd like to install Snow Leopard on this Hackintosh. If you've got any advice concerning the components apart of the video card, I would of course be glad about it as well. Thanks a lot for your help.
