My system is set up like this:

-Partition 1 (active partition)

Chameleon RC3 (set to boot in 32bit)

-Partition 2

Untouched Snow Leopard installation

i used the DSDT file thats floating around here for this board

i used the Kext pack for this board i also found around here

before upgrading to 10.6.2 i deleted old sleepenabler

after upgrading to 10.6.2 i get the KP in the attachment

i always get that KP no matter what kext i put in /e/e

(i delete and add files to /e/e with windows using mac drive)

i tried putting no kexts in /e/e , i tried putting the new NullCPUPowermanagement from netkas

and also the new fakesmc and new sleepenabler (i tried without each of those also)

no matter what kext combo i try this is the KP i get.

i tried booting -f , -x -f and -f -x -s , always the same.

I just face this the same way with you, what I do is, I replace the fakesmc, and some of several driver on /s/l/e/

Update with kextutility, reboot and done..;.
