First time hackintosh builder - motherboard decision

would like to build myself a computer - and I would like to dual boot Windows 7 and Leopard (not Snow Leopard until Guitar Pro starts working reliably on it biggrin.gif). I have searched around the forums, and the few that mention the Intel Core i5 have not had any conclusive decisions on the motherboards that will work. Here is what I am looking at so far - I have serious questions regarding the motherboard, as it has mixed reviews on newegg, though it was recommended in one of the forums here. I am not a hardware-savvy guy, dealing more with networking, security, and programming:

Intel Core i5-750 Lynnfield 2.66GHz LGA 1156 95W Quad-Core Processor Model BX80605I5750 - $199.99

OCZ ModXStream Pro OCZ600MXSP 600W ATX12V V2.2 / EPS12V SLI Certified CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS Certified Modular Active PFC ... - $74.99

CORSAIR XMS3 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model CMX4GX3M2A1600C9 - $93.99

Western Digital Caviar Green WD15EADS 1.5TB SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive - $109.99

GIGABYTE GA-P55M-UD2 LGA 1156 Intel P55 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard - $104.99

Thanks for the help!
