dZ.
Hi I would like to use some "pre-up" and "post-up" scripts (and pre-down et post-down) and use different settings (fixed ip or dhcp) depending on the essid i connect my wifi to. Is it possible ? I'm on os x 10.5.
U.C.
No need to complicate things,, just use the Location option or if your too lazy to do that use Locomatic.
dZ.
thanks locomatic does half the work ... Now i need to be able to launch some personal script just before the connection and an other one just after but associated to the ssid. i.e. : Mount my network storage if i'm home, another network storage if i'm at work. Change my mac address if i connect myself on a random wifi hotspot. Connect to my vpn if i'm not at home/work. Start backups, ... That's things i can easily doing with pre-up and post-up script in linux... but can't find how to do it with os x...
