Howdy all,

I've scoured the forums already and can not find anything about enabling the S-video out on my Nvidia 8600, if it is even possible. This is my 3rd hackintosh with the other 2 working perfectly so i am not quite a noob (never tried to enable s-video, tho). I am using the NVdarwin 512MB "driver". Video on my monitor is perfect, but I would like to use the S-video out to watch boxee & movies from my server, so a mirrored display is fine. The s-video out is confirmed working in both windows and ubuntu.

Here is my read-out from graphics/display

Chipset Model: NVIDIA GeForce 8600 GT

Bus: PCIe

PCIe Lane Width: x16

VRAM (Total): 512 MB

Vendor: NVIDIA (0x10de)

Device ID: 0x0402

Revision ID: 0x00a1

ROM Revision: NVdarwin 1.2.5

Displays:

Display Connector:

Status: No display connected

Display:

Resolution: 1024 x 768 @ 85 Hz

Depth: 32-bit Color

Core Image: Hardware Accelerated

Main Display: Yes

Mirror: Off

Online: Yes

Quartz Extreme: Supported

Rotation: Supported

I hope I have provided enough information, if not please let me know. Thanks in advance for any and all replies.

The Eidsonator
