My girlfriend managed to delete her iChat application and successfully also broke the CD drive in the wear and tear over time, and now is needing iChat again. She doesn't have the original install media with her at College either so it's a bit of a drag. I'm wondering if any OSX addicts here is still running versions around 10.4.11 or have a lower version and it works with 10.4.11 and is willing to send me the app... So far, I've tried to find it on the internet, but they all tell me to use the install media... and yep. no good. NOTE: Just to make it clear, there's no access to the install discs, so that is not an option. TIA. I found somebody that had the file and the problem is solved.
