I apologize in advance for my ignorance; I'm quite new to OSX as well as VMWare. I am able to successfully boot into the snow leopard installer, but when I get the option to "Select disk where you want to install" the field is empty and I am unable to continue. Is there something additional I must do with the creation of the virtual disk? VMX File is as follows:

Solved this issue by going to the 'Utility' menu on the first screen of the installer, and from there 'Disk Utility' where I was able to format the virtual disk.
