Need help with putting recovered hfs+ partition

Ok so I figured out it is something to do with my specific computer.

What happens is when I put in the windows 7 boot disk and click install a dialog box pops up that says "Load Driver" and basically something around "You need a cd/dvd driver, insert usb, dvd, cd now, please remove disk if currently in dvd drive" Well I thought it was the same type of error with my vista installation disk so naturally I swiped the vista partition to be able to install with a clean partition. Well the same error popped up so I swiped clean my whole disk. And lo and behold the SAME ERROR POPPED UP! I was quite mad. Well I did what I think would have to work - boot from a bootable usb with windows 7. Well the SAME error popped up (even though I was on a usb stick, who cares if the dvd drive isnt recongnized??)

Well the only thing left that could possibly work (in my mind) was to clone another drive. So I did and that worked. And just to see what would happen I popped in the windows 7 disk and the same error popped up but in win 7 my dvd drive works great.

Well it gets worse. I was going to workout so I had my external hard drive with backed up music on and was going to transfer the files back to my hard drives windows partition. well....i dropped it 2.5 feet. And I plugged it in and it started to beep. Well I went online forums and figured out if you bumped it you might be able to fix it long enough to back up all the files on it. Well I bumped it until it had a pulsating scratching sound. I took it to BestBuy (i know) and the guy at geek squad was cool enough to let me know it was dead - for free lol.

Main issueWell now onto the issue. I am using R-Studio Data recovery software and I was able to find my most recent partition intact! 19.2 GB. Well after I "recover" all of the files to a folder in the C: drive what can I do to take all of the mac files and turn it back into a bootable partition?

Or using R-Studio how can I take the "found partition" and make it a bootable leopard again?
