Virtualbox and my Windows partition

So I downloaded Sun's Virtualbox software (3.08). I followed the directions for "normal" macs on how to go about creating a vmdk file that points to the Windows partition. However when I try it on my chameleon 2.0-based install, I get the "boot0: error" message and nothing happens.

The instructions that I followed are here.

Here is my diskutil list command results

/dev/disk0
  #: TYPE NAME SIZE IDENTIFIER
  0: GUID_partition_scheme *750.2 GB disk0
  1: EFI 209.7 MB disk0s1
  2: Apple_HFS OSX 300.0 GB disk0s2
  3: Microsoft Basic Data W7 300.0 GB disk0s3
  4: Apple_HFS OSX Backup 149.7 GB disk0s4
