Tiburon Posted June 6, 2006 Share Posted June 6, 2006 I finally got my iMac yesterday, was amazing until i turned it on and saw two large cracks starting near the center-bottom of the screen. I called up Apple and they promptly declared it DOA. So I sent it back using the FedEx label that they sent, the only problem is the tracking number is not bringing up anything when I look on FedEx.com This has me very squirmish as they did not give a reciept even after I asked for one. bigboss Posted June 6, 2006 Share Posted June 6, 2006 even though the information is relayed via satellite instantly, it takes them a while to update the tracking information for all their packages. i wouldnt worry too much and id check on it in a few hours or tomorrow, it should be listed by then.
