him Posted October 9, 2009 Share Posted October 9, 2009 My SL install hangs on booting, the last 2 pieces of text in verbose mode are waitfor service(resource matching(AppleIntelCpuPowerManagement) timed out then Attasinc l1 registers an ethernet address I have a geforce 6200 pcie 256mb card and works great in leopard with nvdarwin. I've added nvdarwin to the extra/extensions folder, though it doesn't load, during boot it mentions NVDANV40Hal.kext. I'm booting in 32bit or 64bit gives the same problem. Is this the right kext to use and is it in the right place? I also have the efi string in boot.plist. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
