AHMOProducer Posted October 3, 2009 Share Posted October 3, 2009 I am trying to install 10.6 to a Dell XPS 420. I have been successful in getting the installation to boot up from the USB Drive with OSX 10.6 Retail on it. I had to boot with "rd=disk0s2" Once setup starts and I open up Disk Utility, my Hard Drive is not listed. The install CD Does not detect the hard drive so I cannot go any further with the installation. I have tried several diefferent BIOS settings. RAID/AHCI etc..
