8600GT Help.. Cant seem to get working

Im having trouble getting my nVidia 8600GT 256mb running on SL.. here's what i've tried so far and what the result has been:

 

EFI String in Boot.plist

Result: Boots and appears to work, mouse jumps around screen, everything eventually freezes and mouse starts moving opposite directions.

 

NVInject

Result: Boots to the usual 1024x768 and nothing different

 

Natit64

Result: Boots up and screen just goes black. Never shows desktop. No KPs noticeable in -V bootup.

 

Graphics ENabler

Result: Boots to the usual 1024x768 and nothing different

 

I'm lost at this point for where to go.. Any thing else im missing that i could try?

i have the MSI 8600GTS and i used the EFI string i copied from OSx86TOOLS and my dual monitor setup works fine. system profiler indicates i have Nvidia 8600 GT.

Ok I am having so much trouble with my 8600 gt however i have tried more things than you guys have done.

 

EFI-Don't Work

 

NVenabler-Don't work

 

Silent natit work but same as nv inject!

 

Geforce.kext and nv...-Dont Work

 

NVinject 0.2.2 work but games like wow and warcraft 3 will not load!!!

 

WoW says it can't open 3d acceleration and warcraft 3 says cannot open gl.

 

Any suggestions?
