Martoni
Hi everybody, I'm an old linux addict, and want now try osx. After some headcrashing, I finaly get IPC OSX 10.5.6 working But, got problems after. (my config after) - When Booting, I get a blue screen (not blue screen of crash, the blue screen before log in) during aproximately 4 min before logging in. Nothing to do, just keep waiting, so anyone else got that and fix it ? - At all login, no connection, I must go in network preference and, the system notify me it found a new network card, I must click "apply", after, it get an ip from the dhcp and work. But create a new interfce each reboot ... and keep the last (I'm at 4 reboot, so I've 5 network card, juste the last one work) -No sound, but I think, I gonna fix this on myself using the different post on this forum. Config : Motherboard : MSI P6NGM-L (MS-7366) Chipset : nForce 7050-610i Processor : Intel Pentium 4 3,0Ghtz Graphic : Nvidia Geforce 9600GT Hard drive and optical drive in sata (If one IDE, dont work, "still waiting for root ...") Sound : Realtek ALC888/1200 @ nForce MCP73 Network : Nvidia Nforce Networking controller. Thx for your time, and maybe some other questions later
lord_webi
use efi string or boot up as often until blue screen disappears (or wait 4 mins for your screensaver ;-)) buy a c2d delete network preferences and reboot install voodoohda or similar
