Does Apple pay for saturday shipping?

I paid for expedited shipping on my new iMac and it's currently sitting in Chicago (I'm in a suburb), so It's made it most of the way accross the country in 1 day.

Does apple pay to have it shipped on saturday? Because it would be a real shame to have it sit within 50 miles of me for 3 days. :thumbsdown_anim:

If it's at a UPS or FedEx center you may be able to go pick it up. Sometimes they leave it at the airport until the day they deliver it, which I have never quite figured out.

Right now it's listed as "In Transit" in Chicago just after it was listed as "Arrived at FedEx location"

Yeah, I think that means you'll have to wait until Monday. At least when I had a similar issue last week, they told me that meant it was at the airport.
