Hey, I got a PM in response to a topic I have here, and when I go to send a reply PM, I get an error saying the user does not exist.

I can locate the member on the member list through the search function, but cannot send them a Private Message.

How can I get this to work, since they have no other contact form listed, as this is a pretty important matter.
