rince Posted September 27, 2009 Share Posted September 27, 2009 Hi I finally have a working snow leopard but still have a problem when I hook up my Toshiba HDTV.. Sometimes the screen goes blue and comes back after two seconds or so... This happens randomly.. yesterday it happend one time in 4 hours and just now it happened 5 times in a few minutes... This is very annoying when watching tv ;/ I also had a 10.5.3 installation where I had the same problem... The behavior is the same as when I plug the tv in initially or change the refresh rate or resolution... It does not happen when I don't have my HDTV plugged in My setup is an asus p5e-3 with a nvidia 8800gt It has 2 dvi outputs. one goes to my lcd monitor and on the second i use a dvi to hdmi adapter which plugs into my hdtv... (toshiba 37Z3030D) It works fine on windows vista (which of course I don't want to use anymore ) So it shouldn't be a problem with the adapter / cable (but I wouldn't rule it out)... Any hints ?
