Hey whats the status on speedstep and snow leopard 64Bit kernel

is i try loading the speedsted kext i get this error

Eddie:~ msh$ sudo kextload /Extra/Extensions/IntelEnhancedSpeedStep.kext
/Extra/Extensions/IntelEnhancedSpeedStep.kext failed to load - (libkern/kext) requested architecture/executable not found; check the system/kernel logs for errors or try kextutil(8).

Your IntelEnhancedSpeedStep.kext isn't 64 bit Compatible. AFAIK, IntelEnhancedSpeedStep.kext can only work in 32 bit mode

Will there a speedstep kext compatible with 64bit snow?

Just a warning: I tried VoodooPower on a Macbook Pro with OS X 10.6.2 and... had to reinstall OS! It became non-loadable  :D
