Anybody use VirtualDJ on Snow Leopard?

Hey everyone,

 

Does anyone around here run VirtualDJ 6 on their hackintosh's? Long story short, I built my rig using d00m42's guide and my sound is working OK in every app except VirtualDJ. I was just wondering if anyone else has ran into the same problem. Maybe it's the software, maybe it's something to do with my setup. I know it's a huge shot in the dark but I thought I'd ask.

Yea am experiencing the same prob i previously used VDJ 6.0.1 on Leo 10.5.7 and it worked fine wit the 4ch sound card but now in Snow wen i select playing wit headphone the sound is all messed up... same issue am experiencing as u said i think... . Am looking to try using 2 independent soundcard to see if its the same issue

I should've been more descriptive of my issue. That's my fault for writing it a few mins before passing out for the night Your issue sounds like you're getting any sound input in VDJ whereas I am not. I get zero sound from VDJ but any other app and the sound works perfect. Normally it wouldn't be an issue and I'd just fight it out but I have an urge to use VDJ as my wife is looking for new mixes so that's why I was asking the initial question. I think I consider you lucky if you are at least getting output on your setup! LUCKY! hehehe Well I guess I will keep an eye out for when you post on a good independent sound solution (if you do).
