macdan Posted September 11, 2009 Share Posted September 11, 2009 I've made an bootable usb flash with dies extensions. fakesmc.kext NullCPUPowerManagement.kext OpenHaltRestart.kext PlatformUUID.kext Disabler.kext LegacyAppleRTC_32bit_Only.kext I've had to put them in the extra folder and not in the extension folder other wise I've got an kernel panic on boot startup. So now the system boots with the apple logo, than an blue screen and than the famous grey screen of death. Does anybody have an solution. I was not able to solve it, however I did follow d00m42's guide to installing using the retail disk and a separate Leopard installation (it is near the top of the list in this forum, about the GA-EP45-UD3R), and that worked great for me.
