lucas1127
I've made a Snow Leopard Installation thumb drive and it boots fine. Once it enters what should be the GUI part of the install my screen powers off and there is a signal lose. I believe the install is not locked up, when I hit enter I see disk activity. If anyone can help with this issue I'd be most grateful, thanks. Nvidia GTX
neu_ro
I have the same exact problem. I can load it, but when its supposed to get to the graphical part (choosing language etc) monitor goes dark - no signal. also have nvidia 280. This is my first attempt to building mac on my pc... what should I do next? I followed the instructions from lifehacker (found here: http://lifehacker.com/5351485/how-to-build...tart-to-finish) , except i don't have the same exact hardware config. I have gigabyte ud5 mobo. core i7 , 6gb ram, and nvidia 280 graphics card.
