thebeast Posted September 7, 2009 Share Posted September 7, 2009 Hi guys I recently decided to build myself a new hack, so my previous one is sitting beside my desk doing very little at the moment. I'm considering offering it up for sale, for someone who wants to enjoy the Hackintosh experience, but without the hassle of trial and error getting the right components etc. Specs are (liable to change, as I have various components lying around so I may upgrade bits): Midi tower case with brand new power supply just fitted Asrock motherboard with built-in dual-screen video, working 100% with QE/CI 2Gb DDR2 RAM 2.8GHz Pentium dual-core processor. These apparently overclock quite well, I've never bothered trying. 250Gb HDD (plenty of room and SATA slots to add more) USB sound module with working audio out and line in DVD-ROM fitted I'm based in Edinburgh, and wouldn't be looking for much for this system. It's a great machine for general day to day use, I was running it using two 20" displays each at 1600x1200, and it's very responsive. I'm not much of a gamer so didn't play much more than the odd Call of Duty 2 on it, but I expect it'd struggle with any recent games.
