When I use the boot132 iso linked in:

Retail Mac OSX Leopard install

on this laptop, I get to a gray screen with a spinning color wheel in the top left corner. The keyboard and mouse do not respond.

When I use -v flag and try to boot Snow Leopard, I get the same result.

My bios has been flashed to the latest version (A14) and I am using AHCI mode on the disk. I have also disabled the parallel port (there isn't one) in the BIOS. XD is enabled.

I have not yet invested much time in installing Snow Leopard on this, but am wondering if anyone has had any luck with this machine.

I have kubuntu installed on it and am attaching a detailed lspci to this post.d830lspci.txt

EricCW sent me a zip archive of the files. He has made a separate post for his D630.

hey all, I have a guide-in-progress for the Latitude that's almost ready to be posted, but can someone help me upload my zip file of stuff? It's not working for some reason, so if I could just email it to someone to upload (here or anywhere) that would be nice. PM me!
