zaitsman
I have set up a VNC connection to remotely connect to my system running iDeneb from any Windows machine. Now there're two issues that i've come across - a) Even though i am testing on a WiFi connection with my laptop, the 'rendering speed' of connecting client window just sucks. It much more resembles logmein and radmin than the nice and speedy Windows Remote Desktop (which is what i've been using for years now). Is there any way to give it a boos or maybe there is some other way to set up such a connection (windows client - Mac server), avoiding VNC? And is that with Remote Desktop when i connect nobody can see what i'm doing nor control the keyboard and mouse which i'm also used to since my daughter likes to play with my keyboard while i'm at work. So is there any way to set up VNC(or MAC OS X) to follow this behavior - shut off screen and input devices on the local side dedicating all the input and output to the client?
