I'm getting the retail dvd and will burn after i buy a bigger blank dvd spindle.

I would love some input on if its snow compatible. Also does anyone know if this guide will work for me : http://www.infinitemac.com/f57/guide-boot-...d-usb-pc-t3859/

The only things I can say that SL uses the RETAIL DVD for installation, so if any special KEXTs or KERNELS must be in the E/E folder of Chamaleon bootloader.

People are saying AMD are trick to install the SL, although there is a Kernel for it.

My main concern in your rig may be the chipset.

It would be better to ask some questions on the #snowleopard on the IRC Chat.

cheers

I see thank you for the advice,

if at all can anyone confirm this theory

I have an external WD 320GB HDD with 40-50GB free, can i use vista's computer management "shrink volume" application and create a partition that leopard can be restored onto and go ahead with a guide. I don't want to destroy my files so i cant format the whole drive. Thank you for any help/advice.

Update: SL is finished Downloading, i will try what i believe may work and post back my results,

This is what i will try:

Install Lawless back--->use either http://www.infinitemac.com/f57/amd-snow-le...-install-t3727/ guide or -----> http://www.infinitemac.com/f57/guide-boot-...d-usb-pc-t3859/ guide ----> but use my external HDD to place SL iso ---> load with Cam. Bootloader--> hopefully install it..Even if not everything works if i install it i'l just use bootcamp to install windows 7....
