I have one powermac G5 case with power supply and l not sure to used it with my Asus P5LD2-VM mobo

can anyone confirm i can use powermac G5 power supply with my MB

Apparently they can be used with some motherboards.  However, there are two different versions a 450W and a 600W.  

Considering these are likely to be high quality and worth using in with PowerMac cases, it would be nice to have a list of motherboards they work with.

I know this thread is sort of dead.... but it would be nice. Anyone who has this working please post your experiences.

not without doing some wire modding but what ones im not sure

Hi,
you cannot use the G5 power supply with PC mainboard without wire modding...
I kept the case of the G5 PSU and inside I used an Enermax PSU...
