transition Posted September 2, 2009 Share Posted September 2, 2009 Hi, I have been trying to install SL on my newly bought CQ35-124TX laptop for two weeks. By following this guide, I can boot from retail SL on external HD and install successfully, albeit unworkable. My SL still lacking.. 1. Ethernet. 2. Fully working GFX. 3. Audio. There is still a long way ahead for my CQ35 to replace my 1st gen Macbook. I'll keep reporting the unworkable kexts as frequently as possible. Hopefully I can save your time.
