foodfightr
http://www.macgeekery.com/tips/troubleshoo...f_a_10810_error I checked that post and I don't think it's relative because I can launch the DSDT Patcher GUI application just fine. The error only occurs when I click the "Run DSDT Patcher" button. Here is what it says in the system.log Sep 1 15:31:20 mac-pro [0x0-0x59059].com.apple.systemevents[500]: dyld: unknown required load command 0x80000022 Sep 1 15:31:20 mac-pro ReportCrash[501]: Formulating crash report for process System Events[500] Sep 1 15:31:20 mac-pro ReportCrash[501]: Saved crashreport to /Users/joesmith/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/System Events_2009-09-01-153120_mac-pro.crash using uid: 501 gid: 20, euid: 501 egid: 20 Sep 1 15:31:20 mac-pro com.apple.launchd[145] ([0x0-0x59059].com.apple.systemevents[500]): Exited abnormally: Trace/BPT trap
foodfightr
Hmm all of a sudden other Apple scripts I use on a day-to-day basis also stopped working and giving the same error. I noticed my scripts are different all of a sudden. For instance a script to push the space button... Where it used to say: key code 49 It now says: «event prcskcod»
