I get

Warning: SUID file "/System/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/ARDAgent.app/Contents/MacOS/ARDAgent" has been modified and will not be repaired.

does anyone else have this?

Update: Just installed the "remote desktop client update" on Air and it has the same error.
