tehmachacker Posted August 27, 2009 Share Posted August 27, 2009 the gateway i bought is here http://www.gateway.com/systems/product/529668287.php good price, and i got a low profile 9600gt for it. seemed like a good cheap pre-built bet, the specs are in the link. but it is a q8200 4gb ram 9600gt 640gb hard drive, ich10R seems to be a p43/45 microatx anyone else have this machine? I've tried a variety of things, and will try a 2nd 9600 tomorrow as well as seeing if my 1st one is dead by plugging it into a good computer. I can't get it to boot after install please pm me Hi tehmachacker! I am a newbie and like you I also have the exact same machine except for the 9600gt. Did you have any luck installing snow leopard? I'm trying to install SnowOSX Universal v3.5 but mine gets stuck at AppleDecrypt: Starting ... I really like OSX and I really would appreciate any help installing it. Thanks in advance. I'm looking to move to Lion but I think being stuck at 32 is preventing the upgrade. I'd appreciate any help with this issue. I'd also being willing to help get anyone as far as I've gotten.
