Install on x58 system

hello, im trying to install SnowLeo on my eVGA 121-BL-E756-TR following a guide i used to get a retail copy up and running perfectly...basically I need help deciding what bootloader/kexts to use. I have all the specific kexts for my board like audio, lan, etc... but what kexts are needed specifically for snow leopard? I installed this bootloader: Chameleon-2-1.0-r431.pkg but my boot freezes at the gray screen. Actually it continues to spin and spin.... Which leads me to my next question. How can I get this to boot in verbose mode? Here is my com.apple.boot.plist located in the Extra folder on the drive:
