ajtessin Posted May 23, 2006 Share Posted May 23, 2006 I just installed x86 on a spare drive on my Dell Dimension 8200. The install went smooth without errors and it boots up perfectly. However many of the applications such as Safari quit unexpectedly everytime I try and use them. I thought it might be an application issue so I downloaded one of the x86 browsers I found on this site. It mounts the install disk, but when I try and run the setup the screen goes black for a second and nothing happens. Has anybody seen anything like this before? Thank You!
