pirloui
Hi. I am playing a bit with overclocking a E1200 here. I uses my Gigabyte´s auto mode for ram. When I set the bus speed to 233Mhz, up from 200, the proc does 1.87Ghz in stead of 1.6. The FSB is now 933. How about the RAM? The mobo sais something about 777 (normaly it´s 667) but that kind of doesn´t sound logic. Do anyone know if it´s running at 667 or 777? (want to fill out smbios.plist right ) Thanks! vbetts
Yes, your ram is overclocked with the fsb. This isn't the most efficient way to overclock though. If the E1200 has an unlocked multiplier, use that to overclock.
pirloui
Great, thanks for the reply. I don't think the multiplier is unlocked, but I'll look into it. Thanks again.
