Harrelson Posted August 7, 2009 Share Posted August 7, 2009 As the title says i have migrated from Vista to OSX and im looking for a way to change all the fonts used by Leopard to one of my choosing. I find all standard fonts on either Windows or OSX too large and ugly and on Vista i used FontSelector to change the font and size across the system. What is the alternative for OSX? p.s -i have tried tinketools but it doesn't change all fonts as the SS shows Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

OnePlane Posted August 7, 2009 Share Posted August 7, 2009 In windows you change the GUI, on Mac OS X, you change the screen resolution. The GUI ajusts to it. (Well, it doesn't ajust, it just looks like it does). I run at 1280x1024 and that's the lowest I want to go, anything lower makes the UI too big. Cannot remember anymore if it was TinkerTool or Onyx (IMO they are worth to download anyway), but in one of these tools there was the possibility to change the size and font of the title bar aso. Still some programs ignore these settings (as in Windows) and e.g. the size of the title bar does not change, but sometimes it is quite useful.
