fishmaven
I'm closing down to using 4 computers, 2 desktops and 2 laptops. I'm using my new Mini 2009 as my prime machine. The other desktop is a B&W that I'd like to use both a server to run input to my printer (it has 2 drives) and as a OS 9 machine. My printer (Canon PIXMA MP500) needs OSX. OS9 prints can be saved as PDFs and then printed out, I think. The laptops are a Pismo 550GHz and a PC, HP-NC6220- 1.7 GHz, 1.5 GB ram, 40GB HD. I've never owned a PC previously.(went from CPM direct to Macs) I want the initial bookmarks and passwords to be the same on my Macs. Unless i can figure out a way to do it on the PC at the same time, I guess I'll do it manually. There are some password programs available. Will they just copy my existing lists OR do I need to do something special? I'd also like the program to keep track of my new bookmarks as I add them. Is this possible? Which is best to do this? Neither of the Mac desktops are wireless. I run all the computers on my Apple base station network. I do eventually want to make the network invisible to other parties. The printer is Blue-tooth ready but none of my machines are Blue-tooth. I'd like the printer to be accessible from all my stuff. I realize this is 2 questions, sorry. I just want to get the initial set-up correct, prior to adding anything else into the equation. Thanks, Dan

fishmaven
I'd recommend xmarks You saved me some money. Today's Mac sirfer had a couple of links to reviews of 1Password, sells for $39.95. I like the price of Firefox's add-on Xmarks, it's free, and works on all the machines that I'll be using on the web. Thanks,Dan
