Ephilei
Features Apple (wisely) doesn't tout Quicklook supports text clippings Expose includes the Dock, fades out the menubar, and has a little animation for hiding non-Expose-able windows Finder has a context menu for disc burning instead of the unintuitive old way LCD font smoothing (whatever that means)

You have no idea whether these will be present in the final build.
CryzHiss
Why should things like the support of text clippings in Quicklook not be present in the final build? It's wise, because everyone would laugh if Steve praises that now the menubar fades out while using Exposé in one of his announcements / if Apple praises this as a big new feature on its page about SL? What Chryz said. I'm obviously doing it because I'm curious. +Mail.app automatically configures Gmail accounts with IMAP instead of POP.
moridinbg
There is a list of the enabled keyboard layouts, while you are changing them: I am using Ctrl+Space for changing the layout, and if I press them and then release Space, but keep holding Ctrl the list appears. Layouts can be changed with the up/down arrow or pressing Space again.
CryzHiss
Found two small ones: If you draw boxes on your Desktop, they fade out smoothly After setting up syncing between iCal and my Google Calender, Safari automatically filled out the login form for gmail (should be the same if you add a GMail Account to Mail)
getyourcarwash
If you draw boxes on your Desktop, they fade out smoothly Haha that's a funny one xD you must have been bored ;D When you minize a windows (you know, the yellow button) you can set it to minimize in the app icon instead of to the left of the trash. ugh not sure if anyone knows what I'm meaning. just go to System Preferences and under Dock you can check "minimize windows into application icon". Apple previewed the new Expose where you can preview windows with hitting space while in expose. you can do that too when you have Spaces and Expose activated at the same time. Safari's version is 4.0.3. there are some other things I can't explain because it would be too weird to describe them xD oh one more thing. in finder, when you hit the button in the upper right corner (the grey one; on the left side are the 3 colored buttons) to hide the Sidebar and the toolbar, it now animates it. im pretty sure its not a feature but 3rd party Quicklook plugins dont work anymore >.<
moridinbg
Hiding the toolbars with the gray button in the left corner is animated for all the windows, not just Finder.

I don't see it showing up yet. And I have build 10A421. Finder's info panels show meta data for images. In Expose, if the window titled has been abreviated (eg, "Insanely Macforum . . . foobar"), hovering over will expand the title.

ludacrisvp
If it's so wise why did you create a thread to do what Apple would not want to do? You have no idea whether these will be present in the final build. Just like how in an early build of SL (10a190) there was native R/W support for NTFS now in the later and latest build (10a432) there is only read support. So I agree that a list like this is pointless until its actually out.
HackerName
Minimize windows into application icon (Dock preferences) CoverFlow windows resizes the list portion instead of the CF portion (thank Bob!) moridinbg
The Play/Pause button launches iTunes if it is not running. This really sucks, because there is no option to disable it and I am using other player, not iTunes.
