xXwhygodwhyXx
Hi I am a dark side pc user and have decided to switch to a mac pro but its way too expensive for me and was deciding to build one. I was planning to have a i7 cpu with sli and I was wondering if I can use that for building my mac?
LoneWaffle
Both technologies are compatible with Mac, but you must be more specific. What brand and model motherboard are you planning to use? What series graphics card? For that matter, the particular CPU you go with can make a difference.

Haney
$150 They are not expensive... That's not a Mac Pro. Plus, for $150 I could get a used PC that performs a lot better than that 7-year old 1 GHz eMac so for what you're getting, it's still expensive. A Nonny Moose
He was crying they were too expensive. I showed him they are not expensive and most likely, he doesn't need a Mac Pro... PLUS....
