Dual boot problem (Total newbie)

Hi everyone !

I'm new to this Mac OS X on pc thing, and i have this pc with these specs:

 

Motherboard : Intel D946GZIS

Processor : DualCore Intel Core 2 Duo E4500, 2200 MHz (Core 2 Duo)

RAM : 2x DDR2 533 MHz 1GB (2GB in total)

Video : Built-in motherboard: Intel 946GZ express chipset family

Audio : Sigmatel STAC9227X (Built-in motherboard)

Network Adapter : Intel® PRO/100 VE Network Connection (Built-in motherboard)

&

WIFI : USRobotics Wireless MAXg USB Adapter

Storage : DVD RW drive

And a 250 GB HD SATA

 

Could any one help me in installing Mac OS X 10.5.6 on my pc and with dual boot windows xp?

I know how and where to download the files but i need a tutorial.

 

Any help appreciated.
