X3100 not displaying textures

Hi, I'm using an older Macbook with an Intel X3100 (965 chipset). I'm trying to play a certain game (Titan Quest) on Boot Camp, and while it runs technically well (constant 30 FPS on medium settings), it doesn't load the majority of the textures in-game. When I load up everything usually looks ok, but a soon as I move around to another part of the map, the ground textures are black and some objects have a gray texture (this means textures aren't loading).

I can play several other games (such as Dungeon Siege) without lag and with all textures loading ok. The problem I think I have with this one is that the lowest textures must be too large to be stored in the X3100's VRAM. Which brings me to what might be the issue: the Mac and Windows partitions tell me that the X3100 is using 144mb and 128mb of VRAM respectively. From everything I've read the VRAM used by the X3100 should be up to 384mb. How do I make it use this much VRAM? I have a feeling this may be the issue that prevents me from playing.

I've seen the card play games that are even more graphically intensive then Titan Quest (not well of course, but all of the textures have loaded at least) like Battlefield 2, so I know that the card should be able to at least load all of the textures in Titan Quest (hell, it's a top-down isometric game - not many textures need to be displayed on-screen at once!).

If anyone knows what might be causing this issue, or how to up the VRAM used (I can't find anywhere to up the aperture size, which I'm assuming is what I need) could you please help?

Sorry if this is in the wrong section - I couldn't decide between the Gaming, Boot Camp and Intel sections, but I figured the issue was less with Boot Camp or the specific game, and more with the card.

Thank you in advance
