Can a MacOSX be installed on a PC..?

Hey guys, is it true that a MacOSX cannot be insalled on a PC...

But i heard there are some software used for installin this..

Shed some light pls.. :(

GOOGLE is your friend. I know a dude that is running MAC OS X 10.6.2 as a VM using VMware Workstation 7 where Windows 7 is the host. It can be done but you have to be patient and follow exactly as directed. fun.
