Aviv Giladi
Hey guys, I have 3 hard disks: sda: holds one NTFS data partition (700GB) sdb: holds one NTFS partition that contains XP (200GB), one ext3 partition holding Kubuntu (100GB) and a swap partition (4.5GB) sdc: holds an HFS+ partition with Mac OS X (120GB) XP and Kubuntu boot perfectly with grub. When booting Mac, I get: "HFS+ partition error". I tried the following: 1. Mark the Mac partition as active and as bootable. I tried doing that with Gparted, fdisk from Kubuntu, fdisk from Mac's installation cd and DiskPart. 2. Tried to install Mac on 120GB of unpartitioned space. 3. Tried to install Mac on a 120GB FAT32 partition I created with Gparted. Formatted it with Mac's installation CD and installed the OS on it. 4. Tried rootnonverify in grub's menu.lst As you guessed, nothing worked. Let me just note that my hardware is compatible with Mac OS X because I had it boot in previous settings before. Anyone has a clue?
