xdanisx
Hey, I have Microsoft Windows Xp Profesional currently installed. I'd like to dual boot with Leopard. Problem is, I only have one partition. Oh ya, and no xp cd. I have only seen ways to create partitions when Reinstalling the OS, but is there a way to create a partition without reinstalling? My HDD is: ST380819AS 74.5Gigs Thnx. surban
Acronis DiskDirektor can shrink the XP Partition. (Boot from CD) Also works the gparted LiveCD. I think the best way is create a second Partition and make it active. Then install OSX. With Chameleon 2 you can boot XP or OSX. If you switch the first Partition to active, the XP Boot Manager starts your XP like no change..
xdanisx
Should the new partition be a primary partition?
