VN Man Posted June 2, 2009 Share Posted June 2, 2009 I have setup RAID Stripe on 1 sytem running 10.5.6. Now I need to move the RAID to 10.4.11 system, is it possible ? To answer my own question - 1) with hardware RAID - no chance if moving on different controllers 2) with software RAID - a good chance that it would just work. I took the plunge (after backing the data of the RAID of course), moved the RAID from one machine to another and it just work Thanks for reading this...
