christy Posted June 1, 2009 Share Posted June 1, 2009 hello, I am trying to install vista 64 bit on my intel based mac osx(ideneb 1.4 10.5.6)but my problem is I am not able to open the boot camp assistance.it says that" Boot Camp Assistant cannot be usedYou must update your computer's Boot ROM firmware before using this setup assistant."can someone help me to overcome this problem. thankyou christy Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
adamsalac Posted June 1, 2009 Share Posted June 1, 2009 Boot Camp doesn't work on Hackintoshes.. Look at the Guides in this forum and in the Genius Bar (Tutorials) forum.
