Kernel failure after new ups and ram install

Hackintosh was running fine and dandy untill my ups went south. So i decided to upgrade it to an Antec Earthwatts 650w. I had been needing to upgrade the ram too, so I replaced the onle one gig stick of 533mhz with four sticks of 800mhz.

Now, im getting kernel panics - im guessing when the system is under a decent load (i.e they have only happened when playing WoW and during the extraction process using Zeph's ASU updater, and not when the system is just running)

1 - about this mac only says the ram is at 667mhz

2 - power -> hardware config - it lists no UPS installed.

So, im guessing maybe i need a new kext or something for the ups? maybe that would solve the kps...i dont know. also, how to get the ram to read the correct speed.

Also, i saw that voodoo 2 is being worked on, but if anyone has any recs for a voodoo thirdy party im willing to listen
