It's a sad state of affairs when "The Lord of the Rings" trilogy (an overall so-so trilogy in my book) beats out the Godfather trilogy.

The original Star Wars was a trilogy. Just because Lucas decided to mess it all up later on....

 

yep i'd have to agree - until the pre-quils came out that was hands down the best.

it's sad when The Matrix beats out The Godfather Trilogy. Other than the first Matrix, the remainder of the trilogy was mediocre at best with the most cringe worthy acting imaginable

Ginger Snaps had three movies and I loved all three, but I wouldn't suggest them for this poll
