likehume
I have a mini Mac (Power PC - G4). I was re-installing Leopard with the Install & Erase option (I was trying to sell it, and erasing previous files)... It was unable to install, and prompt me to restart the computer. I ran the installer dvd again, and try to run Disk Utilities it didn't let me repair the disk, and there was no volume present on the hd. I try to create one in Partition option... Ran Installer DVD again, chose the new volume, now it keeps prompting me to restart the computer... Is there something else I can do before taking it for repair... My Applecare just ran out... I appreciate any help... Thanks in advance. Laeeq Humam humamlaeeq@bornleader.co.in http://winandmac.blogspot.com
Synaesthesia
Check the official Apple forum: http://discussions.apple.com Also, try installing via Firewire target disk mode.
