puffy1980
Hi guys, in need of alittle help. I have a G4 Power Mac, "AGP". Recently I installed OS X Leopard on it, (with the firmware hack to by pass the fact my processor isnt 867Mhz). Its running OK, but to be honest its alittle slow. No unusable slow, just sluggish. Im thinking about doing a fresh install with Tiger, but I have a wee problem. I only have 1 tiger disc, so cant complete the install. It gets so far and asks for Disc 2, even on a basic install. I do however have a copy of iAtkos tiger, and was wondering if it was possible to rip in the install image from the DVD and make a new one so it can install on my G4. Does anyone know how to do this, or even get Tiger to install with just disc 1? I just went out and brought Leopard, so really dont want to shell out on Tiger as well, so any help would be more then welcome. Look forward to hearing from you guys!!! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Mac Setup: 1.
