zPilott Posted May 12, 2009 Share Posted May 12, 2009 I downloaded the source for ApplePS2Controller.kext to try to get the trackpad and touchpad (dualpoint) on my dell e6500 working. I ended up not needing to make any changes to the source, but I did have to delete the dir from /System/Library/Extensions even though I am using chameleon with a retail install. Is there some way that I can modify the source/plist etc. to make it so the one in my boot partition overrides the one in /System/Library/Extensions (a version number somewhere or something?) http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php...t=#entry1153357 has a link to the ApplePS2Controller.kext I am using.
